HAVEN OF LOVE

The whole thing started on the 7th of March 2015 at Teshie primary school precisely class 6 class room block. The CEO was posted to the community for his national service and whilst he was there, he taught the upper primary religious moral education and science.

And most times before the teaching session begins he would lead the children into committing the day into God’s hands. And whilst praying various manifestation of the power of God would be seen like angelic visitation and the appearance of Jesus.

From there it grew into a prayer team with students like Seidu Talata and Apandago Sarah leading the group.

We officially started our kids club meeting on the 7th of March with about 100 plus children in attendance it then continued into every Saturday where we had an awesome time of gathering to praise and worship God.

It continued this way till it grew into a Jesus kids party fanfare which was held at the end of each term with more than 300 children in attendance this continued into 2016 till he left the community in May 2016.

Even after leaving the community he had an inner disturbance to return back to the community and this led him to visit the community with a bigger concept of a Jesus family fun fare which was held on the 7 of January

with about 1500 in attendance.

After the program it was suggested by a friend Mr Robert Awinzore to transform it into a foundation and after much prayers and consultation the conviction was established in his heart to pursue this dream.

On 3rd June was the day an arm of the foundation called budding hope was launched to help teen pregnant mothers and orphans and our first recipient was Rose from Saka community and she was enrolled into tailoring.
